Our Pet Policies    

If you plan on bringing your well-behaved pet(s), Pine Mountain Inn has two (2) pet friendly rooms available. The Rose and Pinecone Rooms. Please check for availability at the time you make your reservations. Service animals are always welcome! Limit 2 pets, per room, per night. Due to requirements of our insurance carrier the following breeds, or mixes thereof, are not allowed in the Inn: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Malamute, Wolf, and Horse. We charge a $20. fee per night, per pet. All food, water and care are the responsibility of the owner. It is fully understood that if there is any damage, (examples being, but not limited to: furnishings, flooring, carpet, building structure such as doors, frames, walls, or windows), that the owner is responsible for the cost of the replacement including labor. In consideration of all Inn guests, pets must be attended at all times. Pets should never be left alone in a room or automobile. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets must be on a controllable leash, or properly carried at all times when outside the guest room. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the Inn. Housekeeping Service: We ask that your pet be removed from your room prior to housekeeping service, or other arrangements must be made with the Innkeeper. Please no incessant barking! Pet owners may be asked to vacate the property if their pet becomes a nuisance to other guests. If while staying at the Pine Mountain Inn, your pet bites or injures anyone or any other animal, pet owner is fully liable for all damages. Owner agrees to hold harmless Pine Mountain Inn from all claims and liabilities for damages to person and property resulting there from, regardless of the legal theory presented, including reasonable attorney fees and costs. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if your room requires excessive cleaning or repair of damage, due to pet. May you and your pet have a wonderful stay!
