Our General Terms & Cancellation Policy

Continental Breakfast

Our light continental breakfast is served every morning for Pine Mountain Inn guests only. Breakfast is served in the Office/Gathering Room from 8:15am--10:00am.

Check-In

Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If arriving outside of our check-in times, please call to make prior arrangements.

Check-Out

Checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Other times by prior arrangement with the innkeeper.

Occupancy

Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance.
Our rooms have one bed (king or queen) and may be comfortably occupied by one or two guests.
No more than four people to a room, two adults and two children. If your party consists of five or more guests, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.
Children from 0-2 are free; children ages from 3-18 are an extra $50. Cots are available upon request. We have a limited number of cots. Please inquire at time of reservation.

Reservations and Cancellation

Reservations may be guaranteed with a NON-REFUNDABLE advanced payment of 50%.
A credit card guarantee and advanced payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
In addition, a 6% Kern County Occupancy tax will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy.
We may charge a non-refundable advance payment of 50% at the time the reservation is confirmed.
All changes or cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a credit card charge for the remainder of your stay. Reservations made within seven (7) days of your arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Smoking Policy

All Of Our Rooms Are Non-smoking.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if you smoke in your room.
No smoking is allowed on the outside patios or decks.

Pet Policy

Only Well-behaved Dogs Are Welcome in Designated Rooms.
There is a charge of $30 per dog, per night.
Please check for availability for dog friendly rooms at the time you make your reservations.
Service dog are always welcome! Arrangements must be made for dogs at time of reservation prior to check-in.
Guest must read and sign "Dog Guidelines" upon check-in.

Rooms with Fireplaces

Some of our rooms have a wood-burning fireplace.
We request that you do not burn anything other than the logs provided in the room.
Guest must read and sign "Fire Safety Policies" upon check-in.

Keys

Keys are to be handed in at the office or left in the room and door locked on departure.
A $10 keying charge will be charged to your credit card for keys not handed in or left in the room.
